The next step is for us to create a custom menu for your wedding, specially tailored to your requests and preferences. When we present you with your menu, always within a few days of the consultation, we will also give you a proposal/preliminary invoice so you can see there are no hidden costs; food costs, server fees, linen and china rentals (if applicable), etc., will all be listed as line items, so you can see exactly where your money is going.
